Misty and I are so excited to announce that we have become licensed life coaches through Lifetime Courses International.
The Lord worked it out in an amazing way, for 6 months He has been speaking to me about becoming a life coach, I have to admit, I didn't even know what a life coach was!

After some investigating, I figured out what life coaching was about, and looked at numerous schools that one could attend to become a life coach and their exorbitant prices. The tuitions were astronomical, even into the tens of thousands of dollars! I said, "Lord if you really want me to do this, then you've got to make a way where there seems to be no way". Several months went by and out of the blue, around the time of my birthday, I got a phone call from a friend of ours and she told me that I was getting a life coaching course for my birthday, but not only for me, but for Misty too! I was blown away! She had no idea that the Lord had even been speaking to me about becoming a life coach!

The course that we took is through Lifetime Courses International with Kay Miller, the founder and president. She has an amazing testimony and has discovered the 7 keys to access and utilize the miraculous power of God on purpose (rather than accidental) on an ongoing, consistent basis. If you are interested in having us present the material and would like to have the opportunity to learn about these 7 keys for yourself, or if you want to take it a step further and become a like coach yourself, you can email us at omegaministriestx@gmail.com, we'll be happy to present it to you.

Omega Ministries To Start A New Ministry Group In Denton Texas

On Saturday July 13th Omega Ministries will be hosting their first ministry group meeting in The Denton TX area. The meetings will be on an ongoing basis on Saturdays starting at 8 pm (the meetings will dismiss at a decent hour). Some of the subjects that are on the table to be covered will include:

• Identifying true apostolic apostolic ministries
• How to identify your ministry related calling
• Identifying ministry anointings
• Prophetic training
• Effective ministry in the marketplace

I'm far from perfecting my time management, but I am getting a better handle on it. Ministries That Don't Minister

Modern Day False Teaching and Legalism

Matthew 16:6 Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.

1Corinthins 5:6b . . . Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

Beware of the modern day pharisees. There is currently a rising tide of so called ministries that are strongly pushing the law and legalism, all in the name of “ministry”. I call these false ministries or pseudo ministries which aren't ministries at all but rather individuals and/or organizations who have allowed the enemy to bring them back under the law. As a result what they minister is nothing more than law and legalism which is the leaven which Jesus warned about.

You see, the enemy knows if he can get us back under the law or a form of the law, he can strip us of our authority, power, joy and freedom as born again Christians. He has stepped up the sowing of seeds of legalism as of late and many are falling for the old lie in the name of holiness and “correcting” an abuse of the message of grace. Jumping out of one ditch into another ditch is not the answer, neither is it the proper way to correct doctrinal error, but instead it only promotes doctrinal confusion.

Those that labor under the law are unwittingly caught up in a web of works and works mentality which Paul addresses in the book of Romans and Ephesians. Jesus walked this earth setting mankind free, not trying to bring us back into bondage of the old covenant, but establishing a new and better covenant which takes the works out of coming into right standing with God because He was, is and forever will be the Supreme Sacrifice that the law required.

This doctrinal error is being propagated through books as much as anything. When you get a book, look at it first to see how well it actually lines up with the Word, but more importantly how it lines up with what Jesus actually taught. Don't just swallow books and teachings hook line and sinker just because they're full of scripture references. Anyone can take scripture out of context and make it say what they want it to say. If you don't know what the main thrust of Jesus' teaching was, get in the Word and find out. Pay attention to the epistles of Paul as they mainly deal with the true doctrine of Jesus and his teachings. There's even a false teaching circulating that the name “Jesus” is synonymous with the name of “Zeus”! This could not be further from the truth, but people believe this stuff because they don’t bother to scrutinize what they're told or read! I won't address it here because the article (by Dr. Michael Brown) does and excellent job of addressing the issue (why reinvent the wheel).

We are in a time like no other where unprecedented revelation from Heaven is being released, but also unprecedented false teaching is being released. The scripture holds true, when the wheat is sown, the enemy comes and sows tares (weeds) with it (Matthew 13).

We're Coming To A YouTube Broadcast Near You!

Well, I guess we're going to step out of the boat on this . . . I got a message from a friend of mine today asking when are we going to start putting some of our stuff on YouTube. It's been in the back of my mind, so I made a quick call to Misty and she told me it's been in her heart to do it. I guess I've been putting it off because of my on camera background being in television, I wanted to build a mini-set for the on camera stuff we've wanted to put out.
